Your Spirit. Our Performance. That is the vision of the Mercedes-AMG HR team. But how do I find my spirit as a candidate? And how can I describe this spirit? This is exactly where our initiative comes in: With the AMG Spirit Matcher, we present an individual and gamified personality test. Including an icebreaker guarantee for the first interview.

Choose your avatar.

To be game ready, you need what? That's right - a character! There are 3 different racing drivers to choose from, which we have designed especially for Mercedes-AMG. The cartoonish and androgynous character design combines retro charm with futuristic elements. The avatars were finally brought to life by the clean and modern in-house web programming.

The user is then challenged with 21 questions. Together with the individual avatar, the candidate goes through various questions relating to the future of mobility, their personal engine and their own interpretation of the AMG spirit.

In just 5 minutes, you can find your individual AMG Spirit and playfully get a little closer to your goal of becoming part of the World's Fastest Family. The result groups the candidate talents into 5 different AMG Spirits: I AM Game Ready, I AM Grounded, I AM Guiding, I AM Genuine and I AM G-Force.
