You are the main point of contact for clients and have overall responsibility for the strategic direction, management and success of projects. This makes you the linchpin between the agency and the client and is crucial for long-term client retention and the expansion of client relationships.

What you can expect:
- Customer management and advice:
- Building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with your clients and being the first point of contact for all challenges.
- Advising clients on the development of brand strategies, campaigns and digital solutions.
- Ensuring that all client requirements are met and their business objectives are achieved.
- Strategic responsibility:
- Translating our clients' vision and business objectives into powerful brand strategies and campaign concepts.
- Analyzing markets, target groups and competitors to deliver unbeatable insights.
- Development and moderation of client workshops.
- Identifying growth opportunities and upselling potential for existing customers.
- Project management:
- Coordinating and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ensuring a high quality standard for all deliverables.
- Responsibility for the commercial viability of projects (budget planning, controlling).
- Leading, inspiring and motivating the project team.
- Mentoring and coaching of team members.
- Business development:
- Identifying opportunities for growth - for our customers and for our commercial success.
- Support in the acquisition of new customers and business areas.
- Participation in new business and development of new customers.
- Development of successful pitch presentations.
What you need to bring:
- Professional skills:
- Several years of experience in account management in an agency or in the field of brand strategy.
- Proven experience in strategic consulting and management of client projects.
- Strong commercial competence, including budget and sales responsibility.
- Personal skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to advise clients at eye level.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong negotiation skills.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
