"Radical. Digital. Medial." is the annual motto of our new client SMP for the annual kick-off. Fittingly, we were able to successfully implement the internal kick-off for around 90 employees in the new digital environment. Normally held as a face-to-face event, we created a strong kick-off event thanks to the new platform format with various digital meeting spaces. With a central kick-off presentation, content-related deep dives and plenty of space to get to know each other. Especially for the 20 or so new SMP employees, the direct contact with the partners was extremely helpful.
