What awaits you:

First point of contact for the management, sparring partner for our executives and interface to project managers
Responsibility for all comprehensive project controlling processes, as well as their analysis and optimisation
Development and preparation of weekly standard reports, regular financial reports and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making
Customer profitability calculation and identification of financial risks in projects and development of countermeasures
Analysis of business processes and their optimisation
Hourly control and hourly reports
Preparation of customer reports and project reports
Further development of reporting tools
Monitoring the agency forecast and, if necessary, making adjustments to achieve financial targets
Continuous digitalisation of project controlling processes
In trusting dialogue with our tax office and accounting department

What you bring to the table:

You have a degree in business administration, controlling, financial management or a comparable qualification
You have at least 3 years of professional experience that you can build on. Ideally also in an agency
You are a number cruncher and want to get to the bottom of the facts
You have a strong desire to optimise
You are fit with reporting tools such as Moco and are an Excel and Numbers genius
You work confidently with digital tools and are happy to give us ideas for further digitalisation and process optimisation
You quickly make friends with tools and programmes that you are not yet familiar with
You work reliably, independently and responsibly in your field
